Poly-centric Production Production of Law

Decentralization of soveriegnty/decision-making authority has been gaining steam over the last twenty years as witnessed by the collapse of the Soviet Union, Eritrea/Ethiopia, The Czech Republic/Slovokia, The Scottish Parliment, and many other political examples of de-evolution of centralized political power. Individual anarchists applaud decentralization of decision-making authority, but want a bit more: de-evolution of decision-making authority down to the individual, who should make her own decisions about purchasing the production of law and security.
